| Our trip began around Christmas 2018 with planning on dates and where we might go. There are two families involved, and we have been canalling together for most of thirty years. This year we had about four weeks, and an intention to cover the Rochdale Canal and Liverpool Docks which would be new waters for Paul Christine and Peter. It was to be Liverpool first, and we booked into the docks, as is necessary. Before we set off, we checked the Canal and River Trust stoppages on the website. |
